Q & A
What do I need to bring for Yoga Nidra?
Wear warm, comfy clothes, layer up. Bring a blanket to cover up in the event you get a chill while resting, a pillow or bolster if you prefer something under your head or knees. The goal is to be as comfortable as possible so the mind and body can surrender to the experience.
Do you have props available?
I have a limited amount of mat rentals, if you need a mat please send an email or fill out the contact form to reserve one. They are $2 per mat.
How often should I practice Yoga?
Even if you practice once a week your mind and body will feel the shift.
Can I practice Yoga while pregnant?
Yes, however modifications will need to be made for your belly, and to protect your muscles and ligaments from being overstretched and stressed. We will modify in a way that provides stability for your joints, and stay clear of some postures like twists, extreme core work, and laying on your belly.
What props do I need for a vinyasa class?
I highly recommend a mat at the very least. Blocks, a bolster, a sweat towel, blanket, strap, a meditation cushion and eye pillows are nice to have too. (if you need help finding the right props for you please reach out to me and I will help you find what you need!)

Absolutely! All classes are beginner friendly.
When should I arrive to class?
10-15 minutes before class. You will need to sign a waiver, pay for class, set up your mat and express questions or concerns. Door is locked prior to class, if you are running late please send me a text message. Tardiness greater than 5 minutes is not welcome so that we can honor the time of other students.
